- Reception is open from 7.30am to 3pm and from 4.30pm to 7.30pm in the summer
- You will receive a welcome booklet on arrival which contains emergency medical contact numbers, a map of Mimizan….
- The transportation schedule for each group is displayed.
- Advice on scheduling adapted to your educational objectives.
- Contact with local service providers for special requests (Excursion to the Dune du Pilat, heritage tours in Bordeaux, Biarritz, …)
- Possibility of replacing onsite meals with a packed lunch (with 48 hours’ notice)
In case of a medical emergency, we can lend you a vehicle (subject to written agreement)
